Fall 2006 – Specialty Chemical, a division of Diversitech products, introduces EZ-Mix™ Granular coil cleaners. Designed to quickly emulsify and break down dust, dirt and particulate that have built up in evaporator and condenser coils. These contaminants rob the cooling and refrigeration systems of their efficiency and often lead to premature failure. The 1 lb vacuum sealed jar replaces the typical 8 lb volatile liquid concentrate on your work truck. EZ and safe to transport. Granular is completely soluble in any local make up water. No powder clumps, no powder dust to inhale!

Fall 2006 - Heat Controller Inc. rolls out new equipment line up. Exciting changes in our residential cooling equipment. Offering everything from window units to commercial rooftop package systems, Heat Controller is truly a one stop shop. We will soon be able to pass along extended warranty and dealer finance programs so stay tuned.
